JIU-JITSU
>>> Stage 1- BASICS <<<
Perfect for complete beginners. Learn the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu which have made BJJ a stand out martial art in the world of self defence and combat sports.
Start to separate yourself from the herd, and understand the basic strategies and techniques that give you the cheat code to combat. Jiu-Jitsu has proven itself as the ultimate single style martial art. Here you will learn the system used to accomplish that.
Prepare for the ultimate confidence boost once this system has been learned.
>>>Stage 2- Core (GI/NOGI) <<<
Delve fully into the world of Jiu-Jitsu strategy, concepts and techniques. Develop your game from a strong fundamental base, and defeat skilled opponents.
Work through belt ranks on the path to mastery.
Class includes sparring, so previous experience is required.
MUAY THAI
Suitable for all experience levels. Fundamental concepts and techniques of the Thai art of eight limbs.
KIDS CLUB
7-12 years old. We work through our Kids Club Curriculum, giving the kids a great foundation in Jiu-Jitsu, as well as instilling a sense of discipline, improving their confidence and focus along the way!
*MIDWEEK MORNING/LUNCH CLASSES-
While we always recommend attending BASICS classes first where possible, due to the quieter nature of these classes, all levels are welcome to attend, if BASICS is not viable for your particular schedule. a
