Class Schedule


We are proud to offer Edinburgh's most comprehensive BJJ class schedule. Our diversified class times and types, with our weights area included, means you have everything you need to unlock your full potential.

BASICS
Perfect for complete beginners, you will begin learning the most basic core movements and strategies through our 8 week curriculum, which will allow you to develop a strong framework for your Jiu-Jitsu to develop. No uniform requirement. If you are a complete beginner, regular sporting wear is fine. Experienced practitioners may wear gi or nogi attire.

GI/NOGI
Best suited to those who have first completed the BASICS class loop, or have previous experience.  Specific moves, positions, ideas and strategies, as well as positional and free sparring to sharpen your skills and build a solid and personalised game.

MUAY THAI
Suitable for all experience levels. Fundamental concepts and techniques of the Thai art of eight limbs.


KIDS CLUB
7-12 years old. We work through our Kids Club Curriculum, giving the kids a great foundation in Jiu-Jitsu, as well as instilling a sense of discipline, improving their confidence and focus along the way!

*MIDWEEK MORNING/LUNCH CLASSES-
While we
 always recommend attending BASICS classes first where possible, due to the quieter nature of these classes, all levels are welcome to attend, if  BASICS is not viable for your particular schedule. a
