JIU-JITSU GI (BJJ) This class will be taught using the traditional uniform, called the gi, or kimono, and may consist of learning techniques and/or performing drills with varied levels of resistance, with the aim of learning and improving the sport/competitive aspect of Jiu-Jitsu, and will always include rounds of live training.


JIU-JITSU NOGI The format of this class is very similar to the gi class, however, no specific uniform is used. Recommended attire for this class is a tight fitting top, and shorts without pockets or zips. 

JIU-JITSU FUNDAMENTALS The fundamentals programme will be designed to teach the core techniques, principles and movement patterns of Jiu-Jitsu, and how to apply them in both sporting and self-defence situations. Perfect for beginners.

OPEN ROLLING During this time the mat is open for the entire time for rolling. You may do as many rounds as you wish, and can leave at any time.

ADVANCED Attendance to this class is for blue belts only.


KIDS I Designed for younger kids (4-8 years old), Kids I classes are a fun and dynamic way of teaching Jiu-Jitsu. Kids will learn movements and strategies, in the context of games and play. There will also be strong elements of anti-bullying and confidence building.

KIDS II This will maintain a fun and playful approach, but will also focus slightly more on the technical and detailed parts of the movements. This class is for older students (9-13 years old).

JUDO Utilising grips, footwork, trips and throws to take your opponent from a standing position, to the ground. This class will have Judo which is modified and adapted to best compliment Jiu-Jitsu.

MMA Team This invite only session is designed to prepare those who compete in MMA. This class will often be run by coaches who specify in diciplines such as Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling etc.
